As a result of the evaluation of the 26 applications for the places exempted from participation fee, offered by the RCI, the following applicants were awarded:

2. William Campos da Cruz (Brazil)
3. Javier Francisco Bran Garcia (Spain)
4. Vicente Pascual (Spain)
The applications were evaluated by the following criteria:
1. The CV of the candidate – up to 50 points
(his/her links with the Romanian culture – 25 points; perspectives for using the results of the training and personal achievements – 25 points)
2. Letter of motivation – 30 points
3. Letter of recommendation – 20 points
