'Two Lottery Tickets', a hilarious new comedy, will open our 2018 programme at the Romanian Cinematheque. Helmed by intrepid director Paul Negoescu and starring a golden acting triad made of Dragoș Bucur, Dorian Boguță and Alexandru Papadopol, the film, based on a short story by great Romanian playwright and humorist Ion Luca Caragiale, tells the story of three friends from a small town who must acknowledge that winning the lottery is not necessarily a blessing.
