Born in Moldova, Teodor Buzu graduated from the Academy of Art and Design in Harkov, Ukraine. He is a member of the Association of South-Bohemian Visual Artist, of the New Association of Prague Artists, and many other artistic organizations. His activity comprises easel painting, monumental art, graphic design, graphics and illustration. In 2003 he was rewarded with the title of Knight of Romanian State Order, in rang of Commander. He is the laureate of many competitions from Czech Republic, Dubai, Moldova.
