Gala screening and UK release of Florin Serban's If I Want to Whistle, I Whistle at the Curzon Renoir Cinema on 18 May. The film got great critical acclaim upon it's release in 2010, being nominated for the Golden Bear at the 60th Berlin International Film Festival and having won the Jury Grand Prix Silver Bear.
Two weeks before his release, a teenage prisoner learns that his mother has returned home. Meanwhile, he finds himself in love with a student working in the penitentiary as an intern.
