On the 08th of May 2012, between 12 p.m.- 6 p.m., The Romanian Cultural Institute in Tel Aviv and The Embassy of Romania in Israel will participate, with a desk at the event dedicated to the Europe Day at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
At the desk, the RCI in Tel Aviv will present for the students and staff its programs and events for the current year and will accept registrations for the Romanian language courses. Also, informative materials, such as brochures, cultural magazines, DVDs, CDs, will be distributed.
The Embassy of Romania in Israel will offer tourist leaflets and general information brochures, will bring to the attention of the Israeli students the various educational opportunities available in Romania, as well as the curriculum of the Romanian language lectorship at the Tel Aviv University.
Annually organised by the European Forum at the Hebrew University, the events bring together students and staff for a celebration of Europe in its unity in diversity, exposing as many people as possible to the Member States of the European Union, their culture, history, politics, economics and more.
This year, the discussions will focus on the themes of the European film festivals. Together with this, the ambassadors in Israel of the states members of the European Union, will hold lectures on topics of common interest.
