The general evaluation criteria were developed taking into account the Regulation on the granting of scholarships for studies and the provision of other forms of material support (residencies) approved by the management of the Romanian Cultural Institute.
Criteriile generale de evaluare au fost elaborate ținând cont de Regulamentul privind acordarea de burse de studii și asigurarea altor forme de sprijin material (rezidențiate) aprobat de conducerea Institutului Cultural Român.
