I'm Bathing In The Daylight

I'm bathing in the daylight as children in the rain.I have no past or future. I'm watching as I runWith joy, along its bright course, the arrow-casting sunAnd fill my thoughts with summer, and fill my thoughts with grain. Of this merciless joy I shall write: Being young while the sun gives off light.I'll be writing of life, my brow close to the sky…Lay a kiss on my book as the morning comes by. My window fills with twilight and, in a pensive mood,Is watching me as in my faith I do rejoice,As if the autumn'd garden was something I construed,As if the stars above, the sprouting kid horns, were my choice.
