There are stages in life when we take a step back from the mundane contamination and readdress our inner essence. At these stages blood, flesh and traditions kick in the complexity of identity reflections. We are sister and brother living in a distant place from the birth town. On this basis we felt the natural need to engage on a joint theme called 'home'. The works in the exhibition embrace various repertoires reflecting the good feeling of being 'home'. Gabriela and Valentin Boiangiu
Home includes a vast number of artworks produced both in the UK and Romania as well as a mail art installation of postcards, which have been spread by the two artists in different corners of the world, and at last gathered in the shape of a house bringing all the collaborators to the project together.
