Art workshops in the Slovac Republic lead by artists Anca Benera and Arnold Estefan

The Romanian Cultural Institute in Prague supports the participation of artists Anca Benera and Arnold Estefan in the Open Studio Program of the Design and Fine Arts Academy in Bratislava - an educational EUNIC program -, which will take place between April 9-17, 2016. During this residency, the two artists will participate in all the organized workshops and will develop their work, both in the studio and in open spaces, so that a great number of students can interact with them and discuss their individual projects.

Moreover, on April 13, 2016, Anca Benera and Arnold Estefan will have a presentation about their current work at the National Slovak Gallery (Námestie Ľudovíta Štúra, 811 02 Bratislava-Staré Mesto). With the title Intangible Infrastructures / "Infrastructuri intangibile", the presentation is a reconstruction of their artistic process, of the way they show the socio-political issues via visual aesthetics, and will contain their recent projects developped during their last 6-months research residency in Los Angeles, thus, a premiere in Europe.
