The opening of the exhibition took place on Saturday, the 26th of January 2008, at the Artists´ House in Jerusalem in the presence of His Beatitude Teophilos III, the Orthodox Patriarch of Jerusalem and H.E. Edward Iosiper, the Ambassador of Romania in Israel.
The exhibition was open to the public between the 26th of January and the 3rd of March, 2008. On Monday, the 4th of February 2008, the Artists´ House in Jerusalem hosted an open talk with prof. Shalom Sabar, Director of the Jewish and Compared Folklore Section within the History of Art Department of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
This event was organized by the Romanian Cultural Institute in Tel Aviv, in partnership with the Artists´ House in Jerusalem, the Center for Jewish Art within the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, the Romanian Peasant´s Museum and the Romanian National Museum of Art.
