The deadline for registration and submission of additional documents for candidates applying for fee-exempt positions has been extended to May 22nd, 2024.
Applications will be evaluated by a committee of 3 (three) external evaluators between May 27th-30th, 2024. Participants will be notified of the results via email on May 31st, 2024.
The Romanian Cultural Institute offers 6 (six) full scholarships covering the entire participation fee. These scholarships are intended for students of Romanian language and literature departments abroad (two scholarships), researchers interested in Romanian cultural studies (two scholarships), and cultural promoters of Romania (two scholarships).
Applicants who enroll in the summer courses and fall into the above categories can apply for these scholarships by submitting the following documents:
· the registration form downloaded from the ICR website, completed and signed by the applicant;
· curriculum vitae;
· a photocopy of the passport/identity card;
· a letter of intent (written in English or Romanian);
· a letter of recommendation from a professor or someone familiar with the applicant's work (written in English or Romanian).
