On November 6th 2015, at 3:30 pm, the Romanian Cultural Institute in Beijing organized the lecture "Knowing Romania through Romanian Philately". The lecture was held by the well known Romanian philatelist Mr. Alexandru Bartoc.
His lecture started with the presentation of the first Romanian stamp "Cap de Bour" (1858) and presented all the important stamps issued by the Romanian Post.
