On September 16th 2015, at the Romanian Cultural Institute in Beijing, was organized the opening ceremony of the exhibition "Vidra's Books * Crying of so much beauty", the author of the exhibition is Romanian writer Carolina Ilica.
The opening ceremony had several moments. At the beginning Mrs. Ilica made a presentation of the exhibition, formed of unconventional books - poetry wrote on different types of traditional Romanian materials. After that Romanian students, learning in Beijing, recited both in Romanian and in Chinese, some of Mrs. Ilica poems. At the end, the author herself and Mr. Gao Xing, Chinese writer and translator, recited several poems. A highly appreciated moment was the discovering of the "Purple Book", where poems were wrote inside of the clothes were by one of the Romanian Cultural Institute project coordinators.
The exhibition can be visited between September 16th and November 3rd 2015.
