Romanian Cultural Institute in Beijing in partnership with Beijing Dongcheng District City Hall organized the event "Romanian Dramaturgy Today. Destiny Official". The special guest of the event was Romanian drama writer Mr. Horia Garbea. His first poems were published in 1982, and after 1989 he dedicated most of his time writing literature, poetry, prose, drama, literary and theatrical critic, essays.
On August 27th, at the Beijing Dongcheng District Second Cultural Center, he gave a lecture dedicated to today Romanian dramaturgy and "Destiny Official", one of his plays, was presented (on DVD, with Chinese translation).
