Ambassador James Rosapepe Talks about ”Romania: Close and Personal”

We embark on a series of events celebrating 140 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations between Romania and the United States with a conversation with Senator James C. Rosapepe, one of the most popular U.S. ambassadors to Romania and the Board Chair of Alianta, the indefatigable promoter of Romanian-American relations. The talk, blending Ambassador Rosapepe’s Romanian reminiscences, personal observations, and vision statements, is also the launch of a partnership program between our Institute and Alianta.

The event will take place at the Romanian Cultural Institute in New York on January 24, at 7 PM.
