CAVES

King's College London, with support from The Romanian Cultural Institute, presents CAVES - a programme of talks, performances, sound and film installations exploring the figure of the cave from pre-history to contemporaneity. The programme is curated by Alan Read (Professor of Theatre, King's College London), Dr. Catalin Partenie (National School of Political Studies and Administration, Bucharest) and Dr. Erwin Kessler (Romanian Cultural Institute, Bucharest).

Featuring Romanian artists Alexandru Antik and Alexandru Patatics, alongside Turner Prize 2009 nominee Roger Hiorns and various acclaimed international academics.

The project is organised by Performance Foundation as part of the King's Reach and The Machine for Looking series in collaboration with Anatomy Theatre & Museum @ King's College London.
