The guest of honour at the 21st edition of the Encounters festival is the Romanian cinema: celebrated filmmakers and award-winning short films will be the centrepiece of the country focus.
We are happy to support the two Romanian directors in the official competition: Adrian Sitaru and Andrei Crețulescu, who will present the UK premieres of their most recent films, 'Excursion' and 'Ramona'.
