Police, Adjective at NYFF

Corneliu Porumboiu's new film, POLICE, ADJECTIVE will have its US premiere at the New York Film Festival, as part of the main slate of movies presented.
POLICE ADJECTIVE (an IFC Films release) is this year's winner of the Grand Jury Award and the FIPRESCI Award of the Un Certain Regard section of the Cannes Film Festival. The film is also the official Romanian nomination for the 2009 Oscars's run in the foreign film category.

With support from the Romanian Cultural Institute in New York, director Corneliu Porumboiu will participate to the film screenings and accompanying Q&A sessions.
