Every year on January 15, the birthday of our greatest poet, Mihai Eminescu, Romanians celebrate National Culture Day in praise of imagination and creativity that dwell all artistic achievements. We are excited to kick off our busy 2020 program with a show of recited poetry and music starring irresistible actress Daniela Nane, who brings across the Atlantic some of the most memorable verses of Romanian literature, and pianist Ioana Maria Lupașcu.
The show, offered both in Romanian and English, will also run in Washington, D.C. on January 17, as part of our ongoing partnership with the Romanian Embassy to the U.S., and in Philadelphia on January 19, with the support of the Honorary Consulate General of Romania in Philadelphia.
