International Association of Curators of Contemporary Art IKT Congress in Israel. Alina Șerban participating from Romania

IKT is an international association of curators of contemporary art, representing professional interests of curators from all over the world. The aim of the organization is to stimulate and extend debate concerning curatorial practices and to offer opportunities of finding partners for various co-productions, joint exhibitions, publications and so on.
This year edition of the IKT Congress is taking place in Israel from April 27th to May 1st, and it will be focused on the idea of ”Curating the New Politics”.
Romania is represented by Alina Șerban*, curator & art historian, co-director of Centre for Visual Introspection, an independent platform conceived as a centre for promoting the artistic production at the borders of cultural theory, research, architecture, design and sound experiment.
