Primavara vine la ICR Budapesta si la Filiala din Seghedin cu Locomotiva Jazz care trage vagoane din Romania, Ungaria si Slovacia. În cadrul EUNIC, ICR Budapesta, Institutul Slovac şi jazzmani din Ungaria (Gyarfas Istvan) au convenit să realizeze împreună seri de jazz
