The 5th edition of the Beer Sheva Fringe Theatre Festival will take place between July 5-7, 2016 in the Old City and the Beer Sheva Fringe Theatre. The Romanian Cultural Institute in Tel Aviv supports the presence of the non-verbal theatre performance Two of us, directed
