Visual Dialogues. Exhibition at the Romanian Cultural Institute in Tel Aviv

On January 15, 2009, 19:00 hrs, the Romanian Cultural Institute in Tel Aviv hosted the opening of the exhibition Visual Dialogues, showing artworks by Arie Berkowitz, Nadav Bloch, Sarah Einik, Nechama Levendel, Marian Meir. 

Curator and manager of the Artists´ House in Tel Aviv, Arie Berkowitz is one of the main Israeli artists of Romanian origin, with an impressive activity both as an artist and as a curator. Nechama Levendel and Nadav Bloch are a couple of well known artists, living and working in Ein Hod, the artists´ colony founded by Marcel Iancu more than half a century ago; they also attend artists´ residences all around the world. Marian Meir, designer and graphic artist of Romanian origin, internationally recognized, also lives and works in Ein Hod and regularly takes part in international projects. Sarah Einik was born in Israel from parents of Romanian origin; lately she has been living and working in Israel and Romania, having an interesting international activity as an artist.

The exhibition will be open to the public between the 15th of January and the 31st of March 2009, Monday to Friday, between 10:00 and 15:00 hrs.
