Arcadia Quartet Tour. 26, 28 and 29 June, 2013

The Romanian Cultural Institute in Tel Aviv and Chamber Music Center – Israel Conservatory of Music are proud to announce the Israeli debut and tour of Arcadia Quartet, 26, 28 and 29 June, 2013.Each of the four musicians of the Arcadia Quartet: Ana Török (b. 1984, Baia Mare) violin, Răsvan Dumitru (b. 1984, Braşov) violin, Traian Boală (b. 1978, Constanţa) viola, Zsolt Török (n. 1984, Cluj-Napoca) violoncello has a distinct artistic profile. Coming from different schools and backgrounds and having impressive personal portfolios of achievements, they bring along the variety of their individual artistic experience, harmonized and polished under the auspices of the music school of Cluj. Some of the Quartet’s most important achievements consist in winning the 1st Prize at the prestigious Wigmore Hall London International String Quartet Competition 2012, the Esterházy Foundation Prize and the Beethoven Prize.
