INTERNATIONAL SUMMER SCHOOL on MRI and MRS

EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES

Upon completion of the Summer School, participants should be able to:
• Complete their understanding of the basic principles of Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Localized Spectroscopy
• Become more familiar with the instrumentation used in MRI and MRS
• Become familiar with the latest MRI/MRS methods and procedures in research and clinical applications
• Attend lectures that exemplify advanced clinical applications of MRI and MRS
• Take advantage of a weeklong interaction with an international group of experts in MRI and MRS.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

This Summer School is intended for three categories of participants:
• Radiologists, clinicians, and scientists who attended the Previous Summer School and other participants who are about to enter or have recently entered the field of MRI
• Advanced users of MRI/MRS who are interested in a broad review of principles and latest developments
• Experts who want to meet colleagues from East and West, to exchange ideas, and to sample teaching techniques of others, in the attractive environment of a Carpathian year round resort.
