This program is designed to put Romanian artists in contact with the European cultural milieu by offering them the opportunity to work in a multicultural environment in the fields of art and music. The program is aimed at Romanian artists with a third-level education and recognised talents in their respective fields.
Two ‘Constantin Brâncuşi’ and two ‘George Enescu’ scholarships are awarded each year, with each lasting three months. Those receiving the
scholarships will participate in artistic projects in the workshop rented by Romania at the Cité Internationale des Arts.
Each scholarship is worth 4 545 Euro/person.
Selection is carried out on the basis of an application file submitted for judgment by an independent jury made up of eminent figures from the fields of music and art. The selected application will be sent on to the Admissions Committee of the Cité Internationale des Arts. The results of the selection carried out by the Romanian jury will be announced within 30 days of the deadline for the submission of applications.
