Scholarships for Romanians living in neighboring countries

This program is aimed at offering educational opportunities for final-year university students, masters students and PhD students preparing their graduation/masters/PhD theses.

The awarding of scholarships is distributed as follows: The Republic of Moldova – 3, Ukraine – 1, other neighboring countries with Romanian communities (Bulgaria, Serbia, Hungary), Albania and Republic of Macedonia - 1.

Scholarships are awarded for a three-month period during this calendar year. Selection is carried out on the basis of an application file submitted by the candidate. This file should contain, amongst other things, a letter of recommendation by the coordinator of the candidate’s degree/ masters/PhD thesis.

Each scholarship is worth 3 495 € /person.

1.4. Finality of the project (perspectives of exploitation) – 10
